Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the last item in the order.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal using the Returns and cancellations link available on our website. You may also inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement to info@dinolisport.com before the withdrawal period expires.
30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, DINOLI accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery of the last item in your order.

Items must be returned in accordance with the return instructions provided. This additional 30-day return policy does not limit or replace any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Returning Your Order
After exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
If you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where required by applicable law.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option are not refundable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@dinolisport.com.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by this policy.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception under applicable consumer law applies.
