At DINOLI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your statutory right of withdrawal, our additional voluntary 30-day return policy, and the procedures for returning products and receiving refunds.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

For orders containing multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Additional Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, DINOLI offers a voluntary 30-day return period, calculated from the date of delivery of the last item in your order.

For returns requested after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period and within 30 days of delivery, the following conditions apply:

• Products must be unused and undamaged.

• Products must be returned with their original packaging and all included accessories.

• Products must not show signs of use during workouts or other physical activities.

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns under this voluntary policy if these conditions are not met.

This voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit or replace your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

3. Returns of Used Products

During the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, customers may inspect and test products only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as they would reasonably be able to do in a physical store.

Customers may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose, in accordance with applicable law.

The fact that a product has been handled or tested does not automatically remove the statutory right of withdrawal.

For returns requested under our additional voluntary 30-day return policy after the statutory withdrawal period, products must be unused, undamaged and returned with their original packaging and accessories.

Products showing signs of workout use are not eligible for returns under the additional voluntary return policy.

These conditions do not affect statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

4. Returning Your Order

After exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.

Under the statutory right of withdrawal, customers may be responsible for diminished product value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

For returns under the voluntary 30-day return policy, customers must send the products back within 14 days after receiving return instructions from DINOLI.

5. Refunds

Statutory 14-Day Withdrawal

If you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where required by applicable law.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Additional delivery charges resulting from selecting a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option are not refundable.

Where legally permitted, we may seek compensation for diminished product value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Voluntary 30-Day Returns

For eligible returns requested under our additional voluntary return policy after the statutory withdrawal period, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products after receiving and inspecting them.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the eligible returned goods.

Original shipping charges are not refundable under this additional voluntary policy unless required by applicable law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Consumers have statutory rights concerning goods that do not conform to the contract.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

These rights apply independently of our voluntary 30-day return policy.

7. Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods or contracts where an exception under applicable consumer law applies.

Any applicable exception will be interpreted in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

The voluntary 30-day return policy does not apply to products that have been used, damaged through customer handling or returned without required accessories or original packaging.

These voluntary-policy exclusions do not restrict statutory consumer rights.
